Our Replenishment Program is available to those who have previously ordered the Brainy Day Program. Each activity will be shipped in our resealable bag with product and laminated instruction sheet(s).

Return Policy
We accept returns of the Brainy Day Activity Program, IF AND ONLY IF, the product has not been used. The program must be shipped back within 14 calendar days from the date shipped.
Product should be returned in its original shipping box via UPS or FEDEX. All product must be in their original bags, snapped shut. The cost to ship back the program is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return has been received by HippoCampus Headquarters and thoroughly inspected, a refund will be mailed in the form of a check from HippoCampus Headquarters to the individual or company that purchased the Brainy Day Activity Program.
